Online reservations

Attendees, exhibitors and other sub-blocks can do everything online, from selecting their room from a real-time selection of hotels to receiving instant confirmation of their reservation. They can also make changes online and receive actual hotel confirmation numbers to ensure their reservation is intact when they arrive. Sub-blocks of four or more rooms (up to 200) receive a rooms agreement to accept and a rooming list to complete, all online.

Reservation call center

For individuals in need of personal assistance, our in-house Reservation Call Center is available 68 hours a week (Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.– 8:00 p.m. ET; and Saturday, 8:30 a.m.– 5:00 p.m.). Callers will find our representatives friendly, understanding and very helpful. We also offer Live Chat during all hours of operation.

Lowest rate guarantee

Omnia has the buying power to negotiate surprisingly low hotel rates. We follow up with frequent rate integrity calls to ensure our prices are the best. As part of each agreement, hotels contractually agree to close out any rates lower than ours. We pass that “Lowest Rate Guarantee” on to your attendees.
